Sarah worked closely with the EL Director to tailor the approach to the specific needs of our EL department. Confianza led us through a journey of growth through collaboration, vision development, and reflection, empowering us with resources and knowledge to support our colleagues and better serve our multilingual student population. With each meeting, Sarah provided space for us to share, reflect, learn, and apply new learning. Confianza has also facilitated our growth as collaborative leaders through peer coaching, which included observing one another and providing feedback on how we carry out our responsibilities as district leaders in different contexts. Confianza provides a well-organized platform equipped with tools and resources to support our growth through thoughtfully linked and cataloged materials. As a result of Confianza’s partnership, the EL Coordinators have transformed the EL department’s vision, goals, and progress for multilingual learners.

Demystifying language learning so that all educators can support all learners.

Thanks so much for such a helpful professional development [PD]. I can't remember the last time I was actually excited about something I learned in PD and then used immediately in my classes. It is very refreshing.
