Confident Classrooms: The 3 Mindset Shifts You Need to Effectively Teach ALL Students
Teaching in a linguistically diverse classroom is not easy.
Educators want everyone to feel valued, respected and capable of accomplishing great things, but they aren’t always sure how to make that happen.
Strategies alone aren’t enough because they still aren’t reaching all learners, especially ELLs/multilingual students.
Pressure to adhere to the curriculum can make the work stressful and frustrating, especially when students are not engaged.
But complex problems often have simple starting points.
At Confianza, we see every day what happens when educators shift their mindsets to see each student through an equity approach, and we’ve seen many schools make that a reality.
This is so central to our work that we’re offering a free 30-minute training on Tuesday, November 12, 2024 at 3:00pm EST — to help great educators and leaders like you turn good intentions into positive impact for students.
