Keynotes and Consulting
Mary Lammi, Needham Public Schools, Assistant Superintendent for Student Support Services
“I have worked with many consultants in my 25 year career in education and have found Sarah Ottow and the Confianza Team to be truly one of the best! The expertise not only in the area of English Learners but also leadership and action cycles has been instrumental to the learning and growth for me personally and for our district. We are making great strides in deepening our understanding of culturally responsive practices and strengthening our ELL Program because of our partnership with Confianza and leadership from Sarah. She is an absolute joy to work with and I am truly appreciative of her efforts to support our work.”

Stacey Rogers, Assistant Superintendent, Plymouth Public Schools
“Sarah and her team helped us develop a common mission, vision and belief statement for our multilingual learners. This clarity allowed us to calibrate our teaching to ensure equity and equal access for our MLLs. Confianza is a highly professional and knowledgeable organization. They have helped us to frame our thinking as a district regarding how we support our MLLs. This has been our foundation for improving instruction for our MLLs. Confianza has been very easy and flexible to work with. As a district administrator, I have several initiatives that I am overseeing and I never have to worry about following up with them. The process has been streamlined, professional, efficient, and critical work for our district. They have been our thought partner and mentor as we delve into this work. I would highly recommend Confianza as a professional development provider/partner.”

“Sarah has been an incredible support as a coach as we launched the ENLACE program...[providing] invaluable feedback on classroom instruction, professional development, student support structures, etc. Her feedback has helped us prioritize areas of growth in our teacher coaching and PD cycles.
